Our Story
Sacred Roots was born through fire.
Through years of addiction, disconnection, and searching, both Chris and Jaime found themselves walking paths that led them away from who they truly were. There were moments of losing everything— and in that deep loss, something deeper began to emerge.
Not something new. Something ancient. Something remembered.
Healing did not come from the outside of us. It came from within—from the willingness to sit in stillness, to move what had been suppressed, to nourish the body, to listen deeply, and to feel everything that had once been numbed.
Through sound, through breath, through movement, through presence— we began to return.
Return to the body. Return to self-love. Return to the Divine within.
And in that remembrance, life became aligned. Purpose became clear. And a new way of being began to unfold- one rooted in truth, embodiment, and deep reverence for life.
Sacred Roots Church is a living expression of that journey.

Chris walks the path of deep remembrance. His journey through addiction became the doorway into profound spiritual awakening—one that revealed the truth of the Divine not as something separate, but as something lived, embodied, and ever-present within.
As spiritual director of Sacred Roots, Chris holds grounded, intentional space for transformation. His presence invites others to reconnect with their own inner wisdom, their own truth, and their own sacred path.

Jaime Lambert
CO-FOUNDER & MINISTER OF SOUND
Jaime carries the frequency of return.Through her own journey of healing, she rediscovered the body as a sacred vessel and sound as a powerful tool for transformation, release, and remembrance.
As Minister of Sound, she weaves vibration, intuition, and presence into every offering— guiding others into deeper connection with themselves, their bodies, and the Divine essence within.
Her work is both soft and powerful, creating spaces where self-love is not just felt—but embodied.
